Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Heavy Equipment Regional Sales
Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for
promoting and selling a range of heavy equipment products to clients in various
industries, mainly focus on Excavation and Earth moving equipment. We will
introduce a new international brand, SDLG by Volvo, to enhance brand recognition
and awareness.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Excavation heavy
machinery,Earth moving equipment, excellent communication skills, and the
ability to build lasting relationships with customers. If you have a passion for sales

Duties:
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales
growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features
and benefits of heavy equipment.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their
requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for
growth.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction post-
sale.
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products and
expand professional connections.
• Regularly travel throughout Vancouver Mainland to engage with potential clients
and enhance awareness of dealer brands.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the heavy equipment, especially
excavation sales (at least 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery, Earth moving equipment, including
specifications, applications, and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with
diverse clientele.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license is required; willingness to travel as needed for client
meetings and site visits.

Pay: $55,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Job Overview:
As a Forklift Mechanic, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of
forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Your expertise will ensure our
equipment operates safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime for our customers.Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
on forklifts.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing to ensure optimal
performance and safety compliance.

Equipment Sales Representative to join our team.
This role involves promoting and renting construction equipment, including SDLG and
other heavy machinery, to contractors, construction firms, and other industrial clients.
The ideal candidate will have start-up experience who thrives in a fast-paced
entrepreneurial environment. As well as, a strong understanding of the earth moving
equipment industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships and seek opportunities to increase revenue within
established accounts.
• Establish a regular call schedule for all assigned accounts.
• Pre-plan for meeting with research and reporting.
• Arrange and conduct major business review for all key accounts including team
members as appropriate.
• Implement value-added services and solutions i.e. total team resources/selling,
cross selling all categories, etc.
• Cold Call offices, and Construction sites.
• Conduct on site equipment assessments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Establish multiple contact levels.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns.
• Identify and qualify new accounts for territory and sales team.
• Prospect new business opportunities through driving, scanning directories and
newspapers.
• Research prospects to understand culture, needs, current competitor and identify
key contacts.

Job Overview:
This role is to lead and grow our forklift sales division. The successful candidate will be

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage client
accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,

• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Leadership or sales team management experience is an asset.
