Ant Rentals ltd. is a Brand new, aerial lift, Heavy equipment Rental company that will
house 2000 aerial units from Genie, XCMG, JLG, not to mention a robust fleet of
Compaction and Excavation.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct site visits to assess rental needs and recommend equipment solutions.
• Provide timely and accurate information about rental terms, availability, and equipment specs. 
• Prospect new clients through cold calls, networking, and job site visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly rental revenue targets.
• Prepare and present rental proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely equipment delivery and pickup.
• Track rental contracts, extensions, and returns.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software (customer details, contact history, deal stages).
• Provide sales forecasts and activity reports to management..

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of successful heavy equipment rental experience in preferred
• Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency in both verbal and written communication
• Effective negotiation abilities and top-notch customer service aptitude
• Keen attention to particulars
• Capability to handle multiple tasks, arrange, and rank tasks by importance
• Experience with Point-of-rentals in a bonus
